PAWS is our Parent Teacher Association and all parents are automatically members.

 

You will know their letters when you see them as they are printed on coloured paper.  They will be asking for help and informing parents about forthcoming events. 

 

Parents always support our Summer Fair and our Christmas Fair in particular.

Due to the recession we thought we would try to save some pennies by not sending out a plate or a bag.  We would be most grateful if you could send in your donations for the stall on the day with your child.

Pudsey bear will be visiting Windwhistle School on Monday 15th November to have his photograph taken with the children (THIS IS A NORMAL SCHOOL UNIFORM DAY).  Friday 19th November is Children in Need Day and as normal we will be having a mufti-day.  The theme this year is ‘Show your Spots – Let’s Raise Lots’.  The cost of the photograph with Pudsey will be £1.00 which will include a donation to the Children in Need fund and cover the Mufti-Day cost.  If your child does not wish to have their photo taken then a donation is requested on Mufti-Day.

 

 

CHRISTMAS FAYRE

WEDNESDAY 1ST DECEMBER, 2010

Father Christmas has been booked along with the school choir and the mince pies.  We are looking at either a Table Top Sale or a Craft Sale and would be grateful for feedback from our parents on what they would like at the Fayre.  Could you speak to any of the committee members with your suggestions please!
