Dear Year 6
We hope you are well and are all keeping busy at home. It was lovely to see so many of you dressing up to say thank you to all of our key workers. You looked fabulous!
We have put together a timetable for Term 5 Week 3 and hope you enjoy the work that has been set. Please do give it a go and try to challenge yourselves. Don’t forget to post photos on the Year 6 Facebook page - Windwhistle Year 6 2020 – as we are all looking forward to seeing how you are getting on. Please tell your friends in Year 6 about the work that has been set and ask them to share anything they make on our Year 6 Facebook page too. The more we post – the better!
Please also make sure that in addition to below, you are reading for at least 30 minutes per day. Reading is so important as it is the key to everything!
Please do keep in touch. We would love to hear from you.
Very Best Wishes, Mrs Walker, Mrs Frampton and Miss Guttridge

Week 1 How are you all? It seems very strange not coming into school, especially after the Easter Holidays, when we should all be gearing up for SATs. We do hope that all your families have managed to avoid this horrible virus and that you are managing to keep both well and busy. We have put together a timetable - for approximately 1 hour per day – of activities that we hope you will find both challenging and enjoyable. It is really important we all keep brains busy and continue to build upon everything we have learnt this year so we are ready for secondary school. Please remember to post work you have completed on Facebook so we can see how brilliantly you are getting on.
Year 6 staff miss you all very much. Look after yourselves and your families. Very Best wishes, Mrs Walker, Mrs Frampton and Miss Guttridge
