Now that you have officially accepted your place here at Windwhistle, we’d like you and your child feel part of our school from today, not just from September.

To help with this, we have a range of events and activities planned to help you and your child become familiar with the school, our staff and the other families who are joining Windwhistle with you.

Information Evening: Thursday 29th June 5:00-6:00- Parents only

Stay and play: Thursday 6th July 1:30- 2:30- 1 parent/ carer and their child invited to come along and meet the teachers.

Stay and play: Monday 10th July 9:30- 10:30- 1 parent/ carer and their child invited to come along and meet the teachers.

Preschool play: Wednesday 12th July- Friday 14th July- Children will be invited to come with their Preschool Keyworkers. Dates and times to be arranged with the preschools.

Teddy Bears' Picnic: Tuesday 18th July 2:00- 3:00- Children and parents from Little Waves, Preschool and Reception/ 1 are all invited. (If your child does not usually attend windwhistle Preschool at this time, they can still come but must be accompanied by and adult.)

September Starting dates

Monday 2nd September- INSET (school closed to children for Staff Training)

Tuesday 3rd  September- INSET (School closed to children for Staff Training)

Wednesday 4th- Friday 6th- PM only 1:00- 3:15

Monday 9th- Wednesday 11th- AM only 8:45-11:30

Thursday 12th- Friday 13th- AM with lunch 8:45- 12:45

Monday 16th - Onwards Full time (Unless part time is required and in agreement with parents)
